The DL series began with the DL1608 in 2012 — a 16-channel digital mixer whose control surface is a docked iPad. The DL32R, DL16S, DL32S and the SE models extended it into rack formats with more I/O and multitrack recording. Because the app is the surface, updates ship inside Master Fader rather than as standalone firmware files.
How Mackie ships firmware
There is no standalone DL firmware file to mirror: the Master Fader app contains it, and the mixer is updated from the app. These pages link straight to Mackie's official download rather than pretending to host a file we cannot legitimately serve.
Verifying what you download
Every Mackie Dl16S file in this archive lists the SHA-256 checksum recorded the moment we
mirrored it, plus a link to the original Mackie source URL. Before loading firmware
onto a console, run shasum -a 256 <file> (macOS/Linux) or
certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256 (Windows) and compare it to the value in
the table above. If they differ, do not load the file.
